I would like to say something to all complex trauma survivors….
We have survived trauma that is so severe and does sadly kill some people. We have survived some of the worst forms of pain and suffering anyone can endure.
Complex trauma survivors are some of the bravest and most courageous people I have ever had the privilege to connect with.
Many develop a level of compassion and empathy, that is truly breath-taking.
You are amazing and don’t ever forget that!!
And even if you don’t believe this right now – I will believe it for you.
