Without fear there is no need for courage. Facing fears with courage instills confidence. Builds self esteem. Creates awesome “I Can” attitude. I agree overwhelming fear as a steady diet gets wearing. Too much too long can lead to numbness and rejecting all feelings. (Reject feelings includes all of them, can’t pick and choose like ordering off a menu.)
