I believe this is an excellent suggestions. It may be a suggestion for kids but it would come in very handy for anyone that struggles with anxiety from any source. It could be kept at home, in an office, or a few items in a purse or backpack. Stress busters are helpful, I’ve used them on more than one occasion. I find the pencil and paper also work for drawing doodles that relieve stress. Keep it simple. Keep it small. Keep it available.
