Brain injury report helpful

My daughter had a large brain tumor removed.  This experience led her to studying different ways this injury effects her life.  This is an article she shared with me.  I recommend reading it and every where it says “brain injury” read instead PTSD/CPTSD.  More and more doctors and psychologist are agreeing that PTSD/CPTSD is a form of brain injury.  The information is general but helps me to realize how similar brain injury is to PTSD/CPTSD.

I experience extreme fatigue often.  This information is but one of many pieces I am putting together to see how I can improve my sleep and in turn improve my waking hours.

I learned that being willing to learn from many resources I can improve my health and well being by trying other avenues of healing.
